History

Founded in 1954 by Michael Filicetti and his son Robert, what today is Filicetti Foods was originally a small Italian meat shop specializing in homemade products. As word of their exceptional quality spread, Robert and his children set out to expand the operation and add to the company's original product mix. Enlarge it they did.

Today, the company supplies it's creations to gourmet establishments, banquet halls and restaurants throughout North America. Filicetti has never lost sight of why we achieved success in the first place. Our insistence on adhering to time-honored recipes and our refusal to take any timesaving shortcuts.
